Nokia Beta Labs has released the “Wellness Diary” to help you “Improve your health and wellness every day”. Feels like having Tony Robbins and the Nike Plus app on your Nokia device and it’s actually a cool idea. You can check out the videos after the break but the app assists you to set goals, monitor your progress and also has built in features to share with your friends. For example, if walking 5km is a goal of yours the Wellness Diary Step Counter uses the accelerometer to keep track of how many steps you take, once accomplished you have the ability to share via various social networks.
