Rogers has come out with a new promo that could potentially attract new customers and increase ARPU. The plan offers up 3-months of Unlimited Data – this is only reserved for existing voice-only customers, or new voice and data customers. In addition, you must sign up for a plan over $45/month (Consumer or SMB only).
