Canadian luxury hotel company Four Seasons was founded in 1960 by businessman Isadore Sharp. Since then, the chain has acquired its share of exclusive properties around the world, but prior to today it had yet to release a mobile app.
Developed to act as a “mobile optimizer of the five-star experience,” the new Four Seasons app is available on iOS and Android and comes packaged with features that allow guests to easily check-in and out of their hotel, make and manage reservations, schedule spa treatments, schedule a wake-up call, and order in room dining and make restaurant reservations. In addition, the app helps users make the most of their trip by offering insider tips and recommendations on shopping, dining and areas of attractions.
Four Seasons notes that the mobile check-in feature is available in thirteen locations, including the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto.
