The 2016 Honda Civic will feature both Android Auto and CarPlay support, Honda announced today.
This is the second Honda car to support the two infotainment platforms. In July, the company revealed that the 2016 Accord, Honda’s more upscale sedan, will also feature Android Auto and CarPlay. The Civic is also set to get a redesigned look.
According to Engadget, EX models and above feature a 7-inch touchscreen that is built into the console. The system itself is based on Android, but the platform is also happy to let your smartphone take over in a pinch.
