BlackBerry announced this afternoon it’s having a ‘May Madness’ promotion that discounts various smartphones and, in some cases, throws in a free accessory with the purchase of a device.
As for the deals, the BlackBerry Passport (Black and White versions) has seen its price reduced to $489 (CAD), while the fancier Passport Silver Edition now costs $550. Those holding out for a discount on the Priv will have to wait; the company’s first Android smartphone is still $899 CAD. Instead, BlackBerry is offering a complimentary black flip case and sync pod when customers buy the device through its e-commerce store.
These deals are available until May 26 through ShopBlackBerry.
